Associate Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-6 yrs)
- Attending all the training programs conducted during 6 month period
- Regular visits to the assigned Branches
- Dealing with Life Insurance Product - queries & prospect generation
- Interaction with branch walk-in customers for need identification
- Renewal Premium collection.
- Help your customers and channel partner during pre-and post-sales
- Securing a business through your prospective customers and employees of the bank.
Candidate requirements :
1.Graduation in Any Stream
2. Min. 1 to 2 Years in sales and Marketing of Life Insurance
3. Attractive Personality and good communication skills
4. One who ready for challenges
5. Age: 24 to 38 Yrs.
Channel : On Roll- Agency
Other: Local candidate of that area and have good local network.
