- Identify ; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors
- Drive business targets through Advisors
- Coach advisors for higher productivity, prepare strategy ; achieve target
CTC : up to 4.00 LPA + incentives
Roles & Responsibilities :
- You have to Sell life insurance through your team.
- Train And Motivate Agents and Advisors to Reach Goals.
- You have to generate Business Through Agents and Advisors.
- Maintain Healthy Relationships with Agents and Customer.
- Managing risks and building quarterly plans for achievements.
- To make field visits to generate leads for sales on a daily basis.
- Ability to handle a team of advisor.
- You Should have Knowledge about the Product.
Desire Candidate :
Age : 24 to 38 maximum
Qualification : Minimum graduation is mandatory.
Experience : 2+ yrs in Sales/Marketing.
- Excellent communication skill.
