Associate Manager - Sales - Agri Input Fertilizer (4-7 yrs)

We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Manager to join our Agri-Input Fertilizer team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the agricultural sector, particularly in fertilizers, and will be responsible for managing product portfolios, sales strategies, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Management :

- Oversee the product portfolio for agri-input fertilizers, ensuring alignment with market demands and company objectives.

- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and improve fertilizer formulations.

Sales Strategy Development :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Customer Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to promote products and gather feedback.

- Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding fertilizer application and benefits.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Conduct training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills related to agri-inputs and fertilizers.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

- Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

Compliance and Reporting :

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to fertilizers.

- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Skills Required :

- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and fertilizers.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.

Qualifications :

Education : B.Sc in Agriculture or related field.
