Associate Manager - Performance Marketing (2-3 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversions for our clients.
Responsibilities :
Campaign Execution :
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.Set up and manage campaign parameters, including targeting, bidding, budget allocation, and ad creatives, to meet client objectives and KPIs.
Data Analysis :
Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyse data trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Utilize analytics platforms and reporting tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
A/B Testing and Optimization :
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI. Implement ongoing optimization strategies to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
Client Collaboration :
Collaborate with client servicing teams to understand client goals, objectives, and target audience profiles. Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance, communicate insights, and make strategic recommendations to clients.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis :
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing technologies and strategies. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in performance marketing campaigns.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or related roles, preferably in an agency environment.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google keywords, Google search Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance metrics, and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients.
