Key Responsibilities

- Efficiently execute the annual candidate outreach events and marketing activities for both brands GMAT and NMAT.

- Candidate Fairs like the MBA Tours and Test Prep Companies

- Manage the entire OCP (On-campus) initiative, school and campus contact relationship. Execute all planned activities like info sessions, branding etc.

- Work closely with the Wiley team for the OG launches and manage the on-ground promotion for all Prep products for both brands. Manage and maintain OG sales data for South Asia, Middle East, Africa and Turkey, by coordinating with Wiley team

- Maintain relationships with Test Prep Companies across the South Asia regions. Support in management and execution.

- Build the candidate pipeline by way of organizing round-the-year webinars and events with candidates, schools, Test Prep companies, High commission offices in the South Asia, Middle East, Africa and Turkey regions.

- Manage print, production of gifts and collaterals for all key stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements :

- Master's degree ONLY

- At least 4-5 years- specific experience in marketing, sales or channel management. Candidates with previous experience in below the line marketing activities or managing campus activation programmes will be preferred.

- Basic understanding of digital and non digital marketing levers specifically social, email marketing, career fairs and event handling.

- The candidate must be willing to travel at least 12-14 days in the month, mostly on weekends

- Excellent communications skills - writing, editing, proofing and grammar - with the ability to confidently present to large audiences.

Desired Skills :

- Postgraduate qualification, ideally in Marketing and Sales

- Professional experience in graduate management or familiarity with higher education industry

- Experience in planning and executing events and fairs with respect to educational institutions

- Knowledge of 2 regional languages relevant for regions

- Ideally, the candidate would be already based in Delhi / NCR able to relocate quickly to Delhi / NCR

Preferred industry - University/Colleges/Test Perp organisation.
