Associate/Manager - MICE Sales (2-6 yrs)
- Responsible for generating revenues by bringing corporate sales (MICE) business from acquiring new corporate accounts & retaining existing corporate with focus on achieving predefined sales target & growth.
- Interfacing with corporate clients for ascertaining requirements, making a travel destination presentation and delivering need-based economical and innovative service plans.
- Developing relationships with decision makers in target organizations & association for business development.
-Handle corporate presentations, documents, proposals and meet expectations
-Manage and keep hunting for more whale-sized accounts that is profitable
- Devising a marketing budget and preparing a sales forecast plan.
-Ensuring group files profitability by overseeing group file operations and guiding team to do it in an organized way.
- Represent Company in various trade shows, events, conferences to create branding & generate potential leads.
- Building and maintaining a healthy business relationship with corporate clients (existing & potential clients), ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction by achieving timely delivery & service quality norms.
- Negotiate with Clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitability.
- Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal team.
- Good product knowledge on Destinations and MICE group operations. Strong MICE experience and market relations.
