Associate Manager - Marketing (10-15 yrs)
Job Description
AM - Search & Social will be responsible for managing teams working on Search and Social Media Marketing. He/She must be data-driven, a creative strategist, a consumer minded, and skilled talent-developer. In this role it is expected to quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns. Associate Manager to be responsible for supporting team leads, monitor and supervise the team to achieve the organization objectives, campaign goals and increase sales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Go-to thought-leader and visionary of the SEM, Social and SEO practices.
- Responsible for employing effective digital marketing strategies within these departments.
- Design/Manage Quality frameworks/Process and drive teams to achieve Quality KPIs
- Manage teams and processes for the purpose of achieving the business's KPI's.
- Participate directly in activities such paid search, site optimization, display, retargeting, email and direct mail management among other activities.
- Work closely with campaign managers, Analysts and Leads in defining SEM/Social and SEO programs, tracking success, conducting experiments, and continuously optimizing and ensuring sales efforts are aligned with the marketing programs.
- Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules
- Provides training and guidance to social media and search marketing team members on implementation best practices and strategies
- Reports progress of the team, client and account to senior management
- Works with internal departments to establish end to end process for smooth sail of operations
- Assist Partner Success Manager and senior management team with QBR & MBRs
- Be a part of weekly client calls to answer any questions with regards to execution and quality process
- Work with HR team for hiring skilled talents and improvise policies related to operations
- Assist senior management with collating and deriving insights from operations utilization reports
- Contributes in onboarding new accounts along with PSM and Management
- Ensures timely performance management is done for his/her teams
- Ensures proper documentation for all the accounts
- Takes care of efficient utilization of the team, participates in succession planning, knowledge transfer and retention for all the partner accounts
- Exploring the relevant domains, keeps upskilling self and team as needed
- Ability to Lead, guide, and motivate the team
Skills/Qualifications :
- 6+ Years of experience in Search & Social end to end campaign management in any Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA 360, FB Ad Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
- Experience in SEMRush, AHrefs, Kenshoo or similar SaaS platforms
- Able to lead and guide QA and optimization in addition to directing broader analytic studies.
- He/She will have specific experience in optimizing bid strategies, A/B testing, and marketing mix modelling.
- Must be English fluent with strong oral and written communications skills
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize media campaigns for internal consumptions
- Basic understanding of Branding & performance campaigns and important metrics
- Willingness to learn, unlearn, relearn basic concepts of Search and Social performance marketing
- Willingness to question and test all principles
- Good written, verbal communication and presentation skills - PPT and delivering presentations
- Good analytical skills and Clear thought process
- Must be a quality-oriented person
- Strong analytical skills and expertise
- Team and Partner Management Experience is a plus
- Must be willing and able to work during U.S. office hours
