This position is of the Client Relations Officer for our Client Relations and Business Development team, the primary responsibility of this position holder is to recruit and identify clients basis organization's product and service target segments through primary, secondary research.

This role will have the following responsibilities (indicative and not exclusive):

Direct responsibilities:

- Defining a comprehensive strategy, driving One Network Alliance and ensuring sales organization achieves overall revenue target

- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met

- Responsible for sales governance activities including lead to conversion, warm lead management, CRM, Other Efficiency Metrics

- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans

- Develop and implement Marketing Plans with focus on improving sales efficiencies, launching of new programs, and other local promotional activities

- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly

- Design and build customized campaigns for clients looking at the event lifecycle management and create win-back strategies.

- Engage with frontline sales teams for ensuring revenue realization by forecasting projections/trends, tracking the funnel/pipeline for a healthy business and working with the speaker relations head to project potential gaps and cover-up plan.

Key Result Areas:

- Revenue achievement and revenue growth for the One Network Alliance

- Number of clients empaneled and converted to new products

The required background :

- 4-5 years of relevant work experience in sales, client acquisition, client relationship management

- Take end-to-end P&L ownership and independently manage a INR 1+ cr. P&L for 2018-19

- Proficient in defining, developing and using metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently

- Experience of building and motivating high performing teams to achieve top-line and profit targets for your BU and ensure month-on-month growth.

- Ensure that center operations are running smoothly

- Strong experience in driving agency/partner programs, sales strategy initiatives

Skills & Abilities:

- Strong executive presence with innovator and influencer level communications

- Interest in and aptitude for creative thinking and problem solving attitude

- Action and detail-oriented with strong organization and prioritization skills

- Very strong networking skills, ability to deal with existing partners and network with potential new partners

- Experience navigating large and complex organizations, including gaining access to key executive and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship
