Associate Manager/Manager - Customer Success /B2B Sales - Waste Management Service (5-8 yrs)
- The person shall be a member of the business team and responsible for sourcing operations. The person shall build a relationship with the client and would ensure renewal of contracts. The person shall be first point of escalation from the corporate supplier for any difficulties in operations that is collection of material, payments to the supplier or fulfilment of any other contractual term or condition. The person is responsible to ensure that all terms and conditions of the contract are adhered to by Attero's team.
- The person shall be responsible for complete cycle of sourcing post signing of contract with the customer, that is, and collection of e-waste from the supplier or the source as per the terms of the agreement, receipt and processing of the invoice and payment.
- Development of new business from existing clients.
- Coordinate with sourcing department, logistics, finance and production department to ensure client/seller satisfaction.
- Prepare and maintain client/supplier performance report/presentations
- Meet customer/supplier's to maintain business relationship
Qualifications, Experience and Skills :
- At least 5+ years in account management in marketing and selling. Preferably from Telecom, IT, IT services, ITES, hospitality, Supply Chain Industry.
- Good interpersonal skills, business analytical skills, commercial acumen, negotiating skills and conflict resolution skills.
- Good learner.
- Creative, open minded and innovative in structuring of deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of any language other than Hindi or English will be of added advantage.
