Associate/Manager - Inside Sales - IT (2-3 yrs)
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the US, Middle East, and Europe markets.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position our AI-powered data platform and services as the ideal solution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Proven sales experience in the software or services industry
- High energy level and a positive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively converse with prospects and customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and data platforms is a plus.
