Associate Manager - Franchisee Development - Insurance (5-10 yrs)
Primary Role Description
- This position will be responsible for developing franchisee model within assigned territory and generate business through them.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Entrepreneur Development Mangers.
- Developing/Motivating them for taking growth within organization.
- Achieving targets assigned w.r.t team hiring, making his team grow, recruitments of Entrepreneurs & agents, GWP through EDMs.
- Finding out new opportunities / initiatives to develop market.
- Finding out new potential areas/cities.
- Responsible for timely execution of task assigned.
Qualification : Graduate/Post Graduate - Preferable MBA/ PGDBM in Marketing & Sales.
Key Requirements :
- Having 5 experience in Insurance Industry - preferably from Life Insurance from companies like TATA AIA, MAX LIFE, SBI Life, HDFC Life, KOTAK LIFE and BIRLA. Should have proven track record in terms of promotion within organization, Stability is there or not.
- He should be well aware about geography of area he/she recruited for.
- Stability and Good Communication skills.
- Age Bracket - 35 - 38.
- Handled team of 6 to 7 in his last assignment.
