- 7 + years of B2B sales & marketing in Agri-commodities/food processing industry

- Willingness to travel and should possess valid passport

Job Description :

Key Responsibility Areas :

1. Manage sales for food ingredients to customer category i.e., biscuits, snack food and convenience foods

2. Developing sales strategy covering volumes, product mix, channel mix, and customer portfolio to meet or exceed planned sales targets.

3. Develop new markets in the region and create leads through market visits and implement strategies for client acquisition

4. New business development expanding institutional and retail customer base and taking up new sales activities to achieve topline growth. Identify growth opportunities for the business.

5. Relationship management for existing institutional customers maintain high levels of client satisfaction and client retention by promptly addressing any issues that may arise.

6. Account planning and strategy develop plans for each client, undertake contract negotiations and renewals, and ensure favourable terms. Identify growth opportunities, and work with internal teams to develop customized solutions for key clients.

7. Create project pipeline and engage in business development activities

8. Competitor and market analysis - conducting market surveys and keeping up to date with market trends, major competitor activities, client acquisitions and attritions, etc.

2. Good knowledge of food ingredient market

3. Strong relationship management skills
