- The candidate is expected to become part of the team driving digital marketing campaigns for the products of the organization and for clients.

- She/ He is expected to be a self-starter who will develop marketing strategies and lead/ work with the team to execute the same across platforms and networks.

- We expect the candidate to be able to be well-versed with the various nuances of digital marketing platforms, channels, tools, etc, with a penchant to continually identify and experiment with new methods to deliver higher returns for clients.

- In-depth knowledge of the Indian Affiliate Marketing universe will be a very strong positive

Responsibilities : 

- Creating a comprehensive digital marketing plan and Executing the same to meet key Marketing objectives for clients and organization

- Devising strategies and implementing across Search (primarily SEM), Social Media (primarily FB, IG & LI), Display Networks (RTB platforms and more), Affiliate, and Email Marketing

- Create, manage, and analyze all digital media campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure branding, acquisition, conversion and all performance metrics are met

- Managing campaigns daily to ensure that all performance metrics are met, and daily reporting is shared with client & organization

- Day-to-day management of campaigns which includes working with the clients for creative requirements, with technical teams for integrations and with internal teams for budget and ROI parameters

- Working towards identifying key performance metrics, measure them, analyze and wok towards continuously improving performance

- Drive in-depth quantitative analyses and reporting of digital media performance metrics

- Constantly identifying and tapping into new channels/ affiliates/ networks to scale campaigns, optimize ROI and increase revenue growth

- Research emerging platforms/ technologies as well as the competitive space of clients for best practices and opportunities to improve existing campaigns and drive higher results for clients

- Create tools/ scorecards that will measure the performance of campaigns as well as its impact on the overall revenues and ROI

Expectations :

- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing expertise either for a brand or working with an agency (preferred)

- Good understanding of various digital marketing channels such as SEO/ SEM/ SMM/ PPC/ Affiliate marketing

- In-depth experience of working directly on various digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, RTB platforms, Google Analytics, Attribution platforms, etc

- Strong analytical & presentation skills to be able to extract insights from data and to be able to present the same

- Good written, verbal communication skills combined with creative thinking being an added bonus

- Ability to both lead and work hands-on independently
