Associate Manager - Content Development - Life Insurance (2-6 yrs)
This role is for leading Life Insurance client in India looking for a content writer whose writing skills can add value to the organization. Key responsibilities would be following, though they would not be limited to these:
- The candidate will create and curate content for company's various sales training requirements.
- Should have ability to research subject matter online and develop story outlines.
- Stays up-to-date with best practices in writing for trainings, learning needs and is able to manage multiple content projects.
- Is a quick learner and is creative.
- Should have excellent project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
- Should be able to manage and identify project scope, importance and timelines
- Should be able to deliver quality content within the given deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English writing skills, good reading and comprehension skills are must.
- Must be organized, analytical, logical and smart.
- Knowledge and expertise on MS office, specially PowerPoint, is a must
- Should be a good team player.
- Should possess - Can-do attitude- and Strong - Problem Solving attitude-
- An experience in writing user manuals will be an add on
Experience Range- 2-6 years.
Salary Range- 350000- 600000
