About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Client Service Associate Manager to lead our client service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery, building strong client relationships, mentoring the team, and streamlining operational processes. The role also involves ground-level execution, including campaign management and optimizing customer satisfaction strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Supervise and manage a team of Client Service Associates to achieve high performance and meet organizational goals.
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and training to improve team skills and productivity.
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary contact for escalated client concerns, ensuring quick and effective resolutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
Service Delivery Optimization:
- Oversee client service operations to ensure effective location coverage and on-ground support strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaign execution processes for efficiency and quality delivery.
Campaign Execution:
- Manage and monitor the team for distribution of product samples during marketing campaigns.
- Ensure smooth execution of brand campaigns in residential societies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments to align service delivery strategies with business objectives.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing teams.
- Background in hub management, logistics, or field relationships is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to mentor and motivate the team.
- Excellent communication skills to handle client interactions and escalations effectively.
- Analytical mindset to evaluate processes and implement improvements.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and logistics tools.
