As an Associate - Client Engagement Manager, you will actively manage and grow accounts, by handling all sales opportunities / bids, in an efficient and timely fashion.
What will you do:
- Being responsible for the bidding process, and certain aspects of account management,as well as lending any support our sales team may need.
- Taking hands-on approach towards client management, collaborating with Sales team to close sales cycles.
- Learning and understanding the needs of Market Research clients as they relate to both the industry and to the products and services provided by company
- Effectively managing the bidding process and tracking new and ongoing RFQ's and new opportunities.
- Managing the data reporting needs of each partnership, ensuring that the overall objectives are met.
- Working in conjunction with our project and vendor management team to monitor projects infield and ensuring that client's needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
What you need to have:
- Possess good communication on the phone and via email, organizational and creative thinking skills.
- A desire to work for an entrepreneurial oriented company - a willingness to take initiative and action with limited direction.
- Ability to learn and understand the needs of Market Research clients as they relate to both the industry and to the products and services provided by company
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
- Ability to articulate well and understand what it takes to communicate with and - bond- with clients and vendors alike.
- A multi-tasking individual that likes to work both in a team environment and individually.
- Willing to manage a full workload and possess the ability to manage priorities that change moment by moment.
