Associate Manager - Channel Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Channel Sales Associate Manager plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and other indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support needs.
- Regularly engage with partners to provide training, resources, and strategic guidance.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase partner sales and market penetration.
- Provide product training, sales collateral, and competitive insights to partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional programs and incentives for partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in channel sales
- Strong communication, negotiation
- Ability to analyze sales data
- Understanding of B2B sales
