Key Skills:

- Experience with E-Commerce Marketplaces like Flipkart, Amazon, Alibaba etc...

- Advanced Excel Skills (Index, Pivot, V-Lookup, Charts)

- Good English language skills, communication and presentation abilities

- Content generation skills

Ability to scrape sites would be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Create Digital Catalogs, manage content, on the Market Place

- Must be able to scrape seller listing and buyer listing from the internet

- Contact Sellers and Buyers about the platform and value added services and manage onboarding onto the site

- Must create entire product listings, with features, prices and keep them updated

- Ensure correct MRP/ASP listings and discount management

- Track product content and prices presented on various competitor portals

- Flexibility to work in a startup environment

- Training and mentoring other associates

- Track and identify errors in the catalog, investigate catalog related complaints and correction

- Order Management and Fulfillment of Orders

- Manage Returns and Claims

- Inventory Management and Stock reconciliation

- Product Image database creation and maintenance
