Associate Manager - Business Development - Infrastructure Firm (4-7 yrs)
We are hiring for our client- an infrastructure company.
Job Purpose :
To support in ongoing Business Development activities of the organization. Assist in developing financial model, Business Plan, Market scanning etc. for the upcoming bids.
Job Responsibilties :
- Exploring and analysing Airport opportunities, to prepare go-no go recommendations
- Track all the upcoming opportunities and development happening in airport sector
- Assist team in the preparation of sector level PPT and pitch with various officials of other countries
- Identify services required from consultants with respect to an Airport Bid and assist team in appointing external consultants like Traffic, Real Estate etc.
- Risk tracking and management throughout the Bid Process
- Assist in developing financial model, business plan for new bids.
- Provide support to team on financial analysis through modelling support
- Provide support to team in the preparation of Qualification documents, queries on the Bid documents etc.
- Understand and resolve technical, strategic and business issues related to bids
- Conduct background research on partners and assist in the preparation of Term Sheet
- Prepare Strategic Plan, Weekly updates, updates for Management Review
- Assist team in the preparation of Departmental AOP
- Support team in maintaining relationship with various authorities and external consultant
