Associate Manager - Account Management - Media (3-8 yrs)
Manage client relations
Manage client relationships and deliver superior customer service
- Conceptualize creative strategies and pro-actively provide ideas - act as a strategic partner to the business
- Assist Brand Solutions teams in creating and delivering solutions pitch and collaborate with the them to help accounts adopt best practices
- Manage agency/clients digital communication campaigns, content development and help in achieving business goals
- Manage pacing, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns and work directly with clients to collect, test and troubleshoot all creatives and tags
- Monitoring and reporting in a timely delivery of solutions
- Manage client relationship & expectations and ensure organic business growth
- Combine data analytics, campaign results and client feedback to configure, operate, and optimize campaigns to meet client objectives
- Ensure timely billing and collections - Deliver campaign case studies and reports to clients summarizing performance
- Coordinate with Brand Solutions on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights
- Represent a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional image of Saavn to our clients by handling business with a respectful and professional demeanor
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of advertising(preferably digital) experience of handling client relationships
- Deep understanding of how agencies plan, buy, and measure performance of Digital, TV, Radio and Programmatic advertising campaigns
- Creative, - out of the box-, thinker with strong analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint/Keynote
- Excellent communications skills including ability to communicate clearly, professionally, both verbally and written
- Team player, with a willingness to jump in to assist team when needed
