Associate - Lead Generation & Marketing - IT (2-4 yrs)
Lead generation & Marketing Associate | Bangalore location
We are looking for energetic, persistent Lead generation and Marketing who will work with experience in lead generation and Marketing across the world. Typically, the first team will interact with prospective customers.
US shift: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM, Pick & drop, meal,incentive+travelling allowance will be there
Key Responsibilities:
- The Lead Generation Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns including email marketing, direct mail, webinar, and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
- The ideal candidate will have experience leading B2B demand generation campaigns and proven results in successfully planning, executing, building programs and reports and analyzing results.
- The candidate will be responsible for nurturing healthy internal and external relationships with the intent of building lead generation program value, direct response tactic execution, differentiating the company from its competitors, promoting leadership, becoming a product knowledge expert, and creating an environment for continuous campaign improvement.
- Develop the strategy and implementation of lead generation and awareness programs that target independent financial advisors
- Create branding messages and plan/execute media designed to change perceptions in the independent advisor community and introduce new solution offerings
- Manage the creative development and implementation of comprehensive campaigns targeted at independent financial advisers including audio and video production, email, toolkits, webinar presentations, direct mail, print, and web initiatives.
Skills Required:
Work experience in lead generation. Preference will for candidates having past event lead generation and marketing experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience in calling to US geography.
- Result-driven attitude who measures out as a success parameter than the process.
- Inquisitive nature and has the ability to question and fact-finding skills to identify business opportunities.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge of the lead generation using LinkedIn.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experiences: 2 to 4 Years.
Education: Graduation in any field, Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent is preferred.
