Job Overview :
- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Client Coordination Specialist to join our talented marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating High-quality leads, following up on upcoming business opportunities, and setting up virtual Meetings with clients. The Specialist will also handle client meetings and work Collaboratively with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation milestones.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough research to identify new prospects, target industries, and Decision-makers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to reach and engage target audiences.
- Initiate outbound prospecting activities such as email campaigns, SMS campaigns and personalized outreach to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further follow-up and conversion.
- Follow up on upcoming business opportunities and set up meetings with potential clients.
- Handle client meetings and engage effectively to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation milestones to contribute to the growth of the customer base.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaigns.
- Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills Required :
- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically the minimum education requirement for a Lead Generation Associate
- Proven work experience as a Lead Generation Executive or similar role. Freshers from other industry also preferred but should have the required skills
- Extensive knowledge of lead generation techniques, including SMS marketing and email marketing.
- Excellent english communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage potential clients and handle client meetings.
- An achievement-oriented individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
