Associate - Lead Generation (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Lead Gen Associate. The role involves identifying potential clients, building contact lists, and supporting the sales team by creating a steady pipeline of qualified leads.

Responsibilities :

- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients in the startup and enterprise space.

- Generate, qualify, and maintain a database of leads using online platforms, networking, and other resources.

- Use tools like LinkedIn etc. and industry databases to find relevant contacts.

- Database Management: Develop and maintain an organized database of leads and prospects for future reference.

- Outreach and Engagement: Conduct cold outreach via emails, LinkedIn, and phone calls to initiate conversations with potential clients.

- Schedule meetings and demos for the senior business development team.

- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and potential business opportunities.

- Provide insights and suggestions to the team for targeted campaigns.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation activities with organizational goals.

- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and outreach activities in the CRM system.

- Generate weekly and monthly reports on lead generation progress.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or a similar role.

- Prior experience in the research role is a plus.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Required Skills:

- Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential clients.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and lead generation tools.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
