Associate Lead - B2B Sales (5-6 yrs)
About the role :
The role will be responsible for creating Healthcare solutions for B2B. The Sales Development Associate is responsible for supporting the core team on their mission to reach targets. The BDA is tasked with doing cold outreach campaigns to strike relationships with prospects at various mid-size to large enterprises to create opportunities for the sales team. This role requires hustle, a good attitude, and teamwork.
Responsibilities :
- Create sales opportunities from initial interest to sales activation
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and their value to our customers
- Identify new prospects in the market, building relationships with HRs as an expert on employee health
- Maintain active engagement with prospects and customers through multiple channels
- Assist in hosting and supporting marketing events to continue to increase public awareness about CNH products
- Think critically about sales data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales numbers and the customer experience
- Identify inefficiencies and pain points in existing workflows for prospects/customers and clearly communicate how we can solve these issues
