Associate - Key Accounts - Skincare (1-3 yrs)

Earthen Glow is a Mumbai based start-up that is in the process of building a brand of bath, body and skincare products of highest quality and international packaging standards. The startup has been established by an experienced well renowned investment professional with multiple successful startups in her portfolio. The vision is to build a trustworthy, effective, trendy brand in the affordable luxury focus. The brand will have a presence in the D2C online and offline space subsequently and will also build its presence in the hotel, spa and offline store segment.

The company has a small team which is being built and is led by the founder with an experienced Manager from a top tier Business school. There are two well-known Advisors from the field of Marketing and Advertising, who are actively engaged in guiding and building the brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a driven and passionate person who will closely work as a Manager with the Founder and become a part of the startup's executive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for exponential growth, fast learning, and a chance to lead by example in a thriving start-up environment. The role requires you to have a whatever-it-takes approach to help the founder establish the business and play a significant role in its initial launch and expansion from the 0-1 stage.

There is an existing pipeline of corporate customers, and while not limited to these activities, your initial task will be to

1. Manage Key Accounts

2. Conduct extensive market research

3. Coordinate operations and logistics for Key Accounts

4. Work with the team to set up online and offline presence

5. Help build the website and marketplace presence

6. Plan projects and work on delivery across functions

This position demands hands-on involvement within a small team, it presents an unparalleled opportunity to grow and thrive within a dynamic startup environment, gaining extensive cross-functional experience along the way. This role is based out of Mumbai.

Ideal candidate:

1. Graduate degree from Tier- 1-2 Institutes

2. Minimum 1 + years of work experience working for a startup in the consumer space in a sales/marketing role

3. Experience working in D2C startups in skincare or body care will be an added advantage

4. Excellent communication, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

5. Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

6. Ability to work hard and collaboratively in a small team

Please note this role is for graduates only, base salary would be 6-8 LPA.
