Internship Details
- Position: Sales and Marketing Associate. (Internship)
- Duration: 2-3 months
- Stipend: Performance-based up to - 10,000 per month
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Primarily on-field with some remote work)
- Opportunity: Potential for full-time conversion based on performance
- Location: Delhi NCR , Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurgao
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and map potential clients in assigned territory
- Conduct market research, create and maintain a database of prospects
- Analyze competitor presence and strategies
- Gather intelligence about market trends and customer needs
- Conduct daily field visits to potential clients
- Demonstrate Shopap's platform features and benefits to prospects
- Help businesses understand the value of digital transformation
- Close deals and support client onboarding
- Document client interactions, maintain sales pipeline & market feedback
- Update CRM with prospect information
- Prepare regular sales reports
- Assist in local marketing campaigns and help organize business owner meetups
- Distribute marketing materials
- Collect success stories and testimonials
- Support social media initiatives
- Identify local promotion opportunities
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities
- Basic understanding of retail business operations
- Comfort with technology and ability to demonstrate software
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
- Basic proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently in the field
Preferred Qualifications :
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors/Masters degree. ( Business/Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in field sales or retail (preferred but not mandatory)
- Understanding of local market and business ecosystem
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Familiarity with CRM software
