Associate/Intern - Market Research (0-3 yrs)
About the Internship
We're seeking a highly motivated intern to join our vibrant market research team. This is a performance-based internship, where your level of contribution directly impacts your compensation.
What to Expect:
1. Gain hands-on experience with the entire market research process, from data collection and analysis to reporting and presentation.
2. Work alongside experienced analysts to develop your research skills and learn industry best practices.
3. Assist with various research projects, including surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis.
4. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify key trends and insights.
5. Contribute to the creation of compelling presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
6. Stay up-to-date on market research methodologies and tools.
Who We're Looking For:
1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor's/Master's degree program in Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field (with at least one year remaining)
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Excellent research and data analysis skills
4. Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Highly motivated and eager to learn

This internship offers a performance-based stipend, meaning your compensation is directly tied to your contributions and achievements throughout the program. This is not a fixed monthly stipend. If you are seeking a guaranteed monthly income, this role may not be the best fit.
