InCruiter is a next-generation technical screening and talent assessment platform.
We are a SaaS-based organization with an interview service (IaaS) at its core.
We aim to disrupt the traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates with completely automated hiring solutions. InCruiter helps companies save their time on candidate evaluation and makes hiring 1.5X faster.
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to join our SaaS (Software as a Service) team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of SaaS sales. As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our sales team to support various aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to client engagement.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include :
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through various online platforms, databases, and social networks.
- Sales Outreach: Assist in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media to introduce our SaaS products.
- CRM Management: Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Client Engagement: Participate in client meetings and calls to understand their needs and assist in presenting our solutions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for expansion.
- Sales Support: Provide support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
- Follow-up: Assist in following up with clients and prospects to nurture relationships and move deals forward.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, lead conversion rates, and other key metrics
What will you need to succeed?
- Education: Recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Passion for Sales: Strong interest in sales, particularly within the technology and SaaS sector.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting and engaging with clients.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of SaaS products and technology trends.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
- Proactive: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior internship experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach tools.
