- Working on lead generation
- Reaching out to leads and converting them via cold calling
- Onboarding campus ambassadors in colleges and managing their targets
- Working towards continuous growth in revenue
- Converting potential prospects
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- You have experience ideally in Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Inside Sales or Sales (B2C) within Internet industry.
- You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
- Experience within Sales Training, would be a strong advantage.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
