Qualification : Any Graduation/Any Post Graduation

Technical Skills and Specifications :


- Experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.

- Excellent verbal & presentation skills

- Strong written communication skills.

- Experience with CRM tools like ZOHO / Sales Force / Sugar etc.

- Ability to understand full product offering and connect the right product to the right customer Experience

- 3+ years of Inside sales experience in selling - real estate or B2B sales

- Domain experience in Real Estate, B2B sales

- Other international market exposure is added bonus Core Competencies Inside Sales, Market Research, Database management and lead generation, lead nurturing, customer engagement, CRM tools Compensation

Job Brief : Be able to create and maintain a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Conduct ongoing market research to identify opportunities and map prospects

- Identify initial level leads and/or prospect customers from databases, past clients and web search. Also to work on databases/ list of potential clients shared by the BD team

- Prepare a detailed data base for the calling/ inside sales team to approach for identification and qualification of leads

- Identify decision makers and effectively reach-out to them

- Prepare email templates, run customer engagement campaigns

- Call/ email prospects identified via research, LinkedIn or external sources and appropriately position Arth's offerings

- Manage and respond to prospect emails

- Maintain a working file with progress updated daily and proper follow up. File to be shared on a daily basis with the IS team

- Leads to be updated in CRM and tracked for progress

- Post decision of a deal (deal lost/ deal won) to take feedback, follow up for testimonials, maintain rapport with customer

- Collaborate, communicate and engage with marketing & pre-sales to ensure optimum customer engagement and contribute to creating a great place to work.
