Associate - Inside Sales - Real Estate (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities for upselling products and services
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
- Explaining features of product/services offerings
- Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build-up using Web-based CRM
- Closing sales and achieving assigned sales targets
- Coordinate sales efforts with other involved departmental teams (Hub Team/ES/RO/OCP)
- Maintain weekly sales and productivity records & present weekly performance against sales targets in weekly meetings
- Staying informed about competing products and services
- Develop and maintain a positive business and customer relationships
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication).
- 1-2 years sales experience (preferably in B2B inside sales)
