Profile context:
We are looking for a Sales enthusiast who can empathize enough with chronic condition patients (Mostly Female Patients). Please apply for this position if you can help them out with their concerns and the end result should be a sale with counseling approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To make outgoing sales calls to interested patients. (Min. 150 calls and 3 hrs Talktime)
- Help patients in understanding products and services.
- Counsel and motivate patients to follow a Healthy Lifestyle.
- Handle patient's & Doctor's data to keep a record.
- Achieve Daily, Weekly and Monthly sales and conversion targets.
- 6 days a week with rotational off.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Min qualification 10+2 / HSC / Higher Secondary.
- Good Knowledge of any CRM software and sales flow
- Min 2 year experience in Sales.
- Age Should not be more than 32 years of age.
- Excellent communication (English, Hindi) and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in sharing ideas and have the ability to grasp new concepts.
- Good understanding of women's health issues and solutions.
- Must be enthusiastic, highly organized and self-motivated.
- Should have achieved his/her sales targets month on month in the previous organizations.
