Associate - Inside Sales - Healthcare (1-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Interact with prospective users and pitch our digital health offerings
- Diligently track the sales pipeline in the CRM, follow up with users, and meet conversion targets
- Identify process improvement opportunities with the team
- Proactively refine lead generation, lead qualification process, and pitch for engaging customers/prospects
- Guide clients on service selection & product-related services.
Desired Background :
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
- 2 years+ of sales experience, health background preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, multi-lingual
- Self-starter, meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for women's healthcare, basic knowledge of women's reproductive health disorders
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
