- As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for sales of the company's products to HNI clients in the assigned territory via phone calls and emails.
What you will do :
- Establishing first contact with the inbound lead via phone and email
- Converting lead to prospective business opportunities by following up on regular basis via email and phone
- Making a target number of cold calls and prospecting calls on a daily basis
- Targeting HNI home owners in the assigned territory
- Explaining concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Being responsible for end to end sales from proposal, negotiation to final deal closure
- Managing the sales pipeline and updating in the CRM database on daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
- Proven inside sales experience, Edtech sales or consultative sales preferred
- Proven record of over-achieving target
- Experience of handling ticket size of 50k and more
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
