Associate - Inside Sales - EduTech (2-4 yrs)
The Inside Sales Executive would be part of the B2C function. He/she would drive the new customer acquisition, customer relationship management, operations & reporting. He/she is responsible for generating new prospects by interacting with existing and prospective customers to garner their interest and convert them into qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Contact the consumers from the given database and promote the product.
- Understand the customer requirement thoroughly and pitch LearnCab product/service accordingly.
- Meet the daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly targets.
Requirement:
- 2 to 4 years of experience background from consumer sales, selling educational products or any B2C inside sales exposure.
- Strong knowledge about E-learning industry or willing to explore the Edutech industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- In-depth understanding of company products, competitors and its position in the industry.
- Demonstrate ability to learn & adapt.
Job Location: Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru (Currently WFH)
