Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Call our potential learners and acquire them to be active on our platform
2. You will be responsible to handle 150-200 calls per day and activate 10-15 users on our platform
3. Counsel parents and students for our platform
4. Go the extra mile to meet activation quota on our platform and facilitate future sales.
Desired Candidate's Profile :
1. Proven experience as a counsellor, outbound calling, client servicing
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Proficient in English and Hindi
4. Skilled in convincing, negotiation and dealing with clients
5. Persistent and results-oriented
6. Flexible to work in shifts
