Associate - Inside Sales - Education (1-4 yrs)
WE are hiring for an enthusiastic and self motivated Inside sales associate for our client, which is a fastest growing EdTech organization in the field of Educational ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Generating the leads through cold calling
- Educate customer on products, services, warranties and any other issue.
Qualifications:
- Good Spoken English communication skills is must
- Ability to understand customers need
- Good convincing skills
- Basic Telephone Etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimum 0 - 2 years of experience in Sales/ Tele Marketing / tele callers
