Associate - Inside Sales - EdTech (1-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Customer Engagement : Engage with pre-qualified prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Sales Process Management : Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of the Company's products and services, and communicate their value effectively
- CRM Management : Update and manage customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.
- Target Achievement : Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of working experience in Inside Sales
- Industry Knowledge : Experience in the EdTech sector is highly desirable
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must
- Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using sales and CRM software; familiarity with AI- driven solutions is a plus.
- Self-Motivated : Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
- Learning Agility : Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing industry.
