Associate - Inside Sales - EdTech (1-2 yrs)
Synergistic Compusoft Pvt Ltd are looking for passionate sales professionals Inside/Tele sales executives(B2C) to contribute in generating revenue. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone. Working location is in RDC Ghaziabad.
If you are a self-starter, get a kick by chasing aggressive target, fuel growth by coaching & grooming your team this role is for you.
Responsibilities :
- The Inside Sales Associate would be responsible for making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company and following a diligent process towards converting leads to customers.
- Have a good hold on English language and neutral accent to communicate with customers in different geographies.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Go the "extra mile"; to meet sales target and facilitate future sales
- Analyse the customer and well versed in objection handling and managing different situations during the call.
- Analysing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market demands and competition to the marketing team
- Generate pipeline
Requirements :
- Should have excellent command over English
- Excellent objection handling and convincing skills

- Sales Planning & Customer Experience.
- Any graduate/12+/Diploma
- If holding experience of 1- 2 years in Inside B2C sales you are welcome.
- Freshers are most welcome but should have excellent English communication skills.
- Fixed Salary : 30,000 INR per month for International SALES VOICE process.
- Benefits : 3,000 INR Food Allowances per month.
Work Location : Synergistic Compusoft Pvt Ltd. C-52 A RDC Rajnagar Ghaziabad.
Kindly Note : Only Males are applicable for this role.
Fixed Shift time : 08:30 pm to 05:30 am (Night Shift)
Fixed Week off : Sat and Sun
