Job Description :

Position : Inside Sales Associate (Intern-to-Hire Position)

Note : Candidates will be offered a full-time opportunity upon completing the 4-week Internship successfully.

Location : Bangalore (Full-Time, On-Site after Internship)

About the Role :

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Inside Sales team as Intern-to-Hire Sales Representatives. This position offers a unique opportunity for interns to transition into a full-time role after a successful 4-week internship. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by connecting with potential customers and converting them into paying clients for our educational products and services.

Internship Program Overview :

- Duration : 4 weeks

- Stipend : 35,000 (paid only on successful completion of the internship)

- Location : Remote during the internship, transitioning to an on-site, full-time role in Bangalore upon successful completion of the program.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to potential customers.

- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective leads and engage them through various stages of the sales funnel.

- Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales.

- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.

- Participate in weekly product and sales training sessions.

- Report daily sales activities and progress to sales managers.

Internship Structure :

Day 1-4 :

- Product Training : Learn product features, value propositions, and target markets.

- Sales Training : Develop skills for effective customer engagement, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Day 5 :

- Mock Test : Simulate sales scenarios to test product knowledge and selling skills.

Weeks 2-4 :

- On-the-Job Training (OJT) : Begin outbound sales efforts under supervision with a target of generating a minimum revenue of - 80,000 over this period.

- Mentorship & Feedback : Continuous support and feedback from experienced sales mentors to ensure progress.

Stipend Payout Clause :

- The total stipend for the 4-week internship is 35,000.

- Stipend Payment : The stipend will be paid in full only upon successful completion of the 4-week internship.

- Candidates must pass all stages of the program, including the mock test and meet the minimum revenue target of 80,000 during the OJT period.

- No Partial Payments : Candidates who voluntarily drop out or fail to clear any of the stages of the internship will not be eligible for any part of the stipend.

Full-Time Employment Opportunity :

- Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance benchmarks, candidates will be offered a full-time position as an Inside Sales Representative. The role will require candidates to join on-site in Bangalore.

- Compensation for Full-Time Role

- For exp salary starts from 4 LPA to 4.5 LPA based on performance during the internship and past sales experience & for fresher 3 Lpa to 3.5 LPA.
