Inside Sales Associate
- Generating new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & cold calls and emails.
- Responsible for managing the sales leads on CRM.
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.
- Performing live demos to prospective clients.
- Maintaining relationships with clients, by providing holistic solution.
- Needs to be attentive with good communication skills.
- Managing end-to-end sales process including- invoicing, collection & upsellings etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
- Fresher & experience can easily apply.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of Computer.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Should be able to handle Sales pressure.
