Working Days: 6 Days, Saturday is half day

Job Summary :
Role: Doctor Service Associate (Inside Sales)
Reporting To: Operations Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
Position Responsibility summary:
- Mainly Calling Doctors for Registration, Surveys, Promotion etc.
- Attend Inbound calls and take care of the QRC (Query / Request/ Complains) of the Doctors
- Backend work for proper running of the M3 India Website
- Co-ordination with internal team& Operation manager on daily basis
- Timely and accurate preparation and submission of Reports as per the timelines
- Qualification: Life Science Graduate/Pharma Graduate/Tele calling Experience

- Excellent English Communication
- Must be presentable
- Must have good counselling skill & selling skill
- Positive Attitude
- Good learner and team player
- Ability to coordinate with team efficiently
- Should have Basic Excel knowledge
