Associate - Inside Sales (0-3 yrs)
Position Name : Associate-Inside Sales

Department : Marketing & Business Development
Reporting To : Business Development Representative
Primary Job Responsibilities :
1. Data churning & accuracy
- Market landscaping and Develop database.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete leads.
- Modify databases according to requests / movement of HR leaders.
- Collating stable, reliable and effective databases.
- Evaluation of incoming leads via toll free.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information
2. Reporting :
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Monitoring and handling the master database sheets and updating the records accurately
- Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
- Ensuring full ownership of the reporting of the leads generated.
Required Skill Sets :
1. Essential Skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- High social selling index - primarily LinkedIn.
- Market Research & Analysis.
- Commercial acumen.
- Team Player and Self starter.
- Business orientation.
2. Desirable Skills
- Good analytical skills
- Working experience with startup projects
- Able to foresee the market trends.
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Exposure in Middle Eastern or international markets
Required Qualification & Experience:-
Minimum Qualification : Graduate in any field.
Preferred/Additional Qualification:-Bsc degree in Sales relevant field / MBA / Post graduation
Minimum Experience:- 0 - 1 year of business development / sales experience
Industry Preference:- Corporate - B2B Business model / Global MNC
