We are a well-established company operating for the last decade is looking for following position
Job Title - Junior/Senior Inside Sales Associate
Job Location - Baner, Pune, Maharashtra 411045
Mode of Work - Work from Office
Qualification - Any
Age - 18 - 30 Years
CTC Jr post - 5.5 LPA
1. Fixed CTC- 3 LPA (In-hand after deductions - 24,142 Rs/Month)
2. Variables & Incentive - 2.5 LPA
CTC Sr post - 6.5 LPA
1. Fixed CTC- 4.5 LPA (In-hand after deductions - 30,042 Rs/Month)
2. Variables & Incentive - 2 LPA
Other Perks -

2. Uncapped Incentive but our average associate earns 15-20K/month (Weekly
incentive settlement)
3. Fixed 20% Appraisal on in hand salary every year
4. Yearly bonus of 50% of monthly in hand salary

Days Working - 6 Days

4. Close sales and achieve Weekly-Monthly quotas.

- Minimum of 1 month experience in Sales industry (B2C)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
