Job description :
Demonstrated ability of communicating to customers in a timely, polite manner
Performing back-up customer service by telephone or generating simple Email correspondence
Track quality trends and prepare reports
Suggest process improvements and track them till closure
Highlight process gaps found in the course of audit and ensure that actions are taken for their closure in terms of system and process
Candidates with Good Communication skills will be preferred
