Associate Head - Sales - Corporate & Free Independent Traveler Vertical - Hospitality (10-15 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Head of Sales to lead our Corporate and Free Independent Traveler (FIT) sales team. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Experience - 10 to 15 yrs in Corp Sales in Hotel Sales

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for both corporate and FIT segments.

- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and optimize sales efforts.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and travel agencies.

Sales Team Management :

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.

- Set clear sales goals and performance metrics.

- Provide regular training and coaching to enhance team skills and knowledge.

- Monitor team performance and take corrective action as needed.

Business Development :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate and FIT segments.

- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections to potential clients.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue and profitability.

- Develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotions.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Proactively address client needs and concerns.

- Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner.

- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Revenue Management :

- Analyze historical data and market trends to optimize pricing and yield management strategies.

- Monitor revenue performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Implement effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven track record in corporate and FIT sales within the hospitality industry.

- Strong understanding of the corporate and leisure travel markets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM and sales management software.

- A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
