We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Marketing Associate, who will be an integral part of upholding company's brand and supporting the organization's mission by communicating evidence for effective policy.

Responsibilities and Duties :

- Thinking creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts

- Primary focus will be the production of a wide variety of print and electronic material.

- Design, update, and/or manage materials that explain research results to policymakers,

- Create the layout, font color, font type, logos, pictures and other visual and verbal aspects of a website.

- Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of policy publications, brochures, reports, information graphics and visualization,etc.

- Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards

- Assisting Marketing and Communications Manager with creative concept and collaterals.

- Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, sitemaps and wireframes.

- Support annual strategic planning for design and photography,

- Putting out interactive graphic content for users to engage

- Creating the best of animations, sketches, models and all other kinds of visually effective content.

- Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required

Qualifications:

- Proven 2-10 yrs graphic designing experience

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Communication Design, Creative Communication or a related field.

- Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); Salesforce, and, Google Analytics., Microsoft PowerPoint and Word; etc.); Familiarity of Drupal or other web Content Management System; Flickr;

- It would be an advantage if you were proficient or familiar with the following: Data visualization(knowledge of flourish.studio, Tableau, D3.js, or other interactive data visualization tools/software);Photography; Sketch

- Ability to create superior, original designs for the web.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
