Role: As a Field Sales Associate, you are expected to :
- Onboard Customers by meeting 30 new clients a day (tracked)
- Get 3 sales (paid customers, 10% conversion) per day - non-negotiable output
- Retaining customer accounts
- Onboard new customers.
- Software Sales.
Salary : Fixed salary upto Rs. 25,000 per month + upto Rs. 10,000 monthly performance
incentives + Petrol allowance up to INR 3000
