Associate - Field Sales - Education (1-4 yrs)
We have an immediate opening with one of our client for the job role of Sales Associate ( Field Sales) with 1-4 yrs of experience.
Job roles:
- The role of the Sales Associate is to understand the need/requirement of the students and offer the products that would be beneficial to the student.
- Contribute to the revenue of the organisation through the products that the students have been upgraded too by you.
- Should be responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.
- Should play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects.
- Development of best practices for leading successful sales campaigns.
- Develop a repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth
Eligibility Criteria:
Work experience-1 to 4 years in field sales
Age limit: Less than equal to 30 years old
Job location: Gurgaon
Basic Requirements:
Excellent communication skills ( English and Hindi)
- Passionate about Sales
- Self-Motivated
- Goal Driven
- Open to Flexi shifts (Working any 9 hours between 10:00 am to 21:00 pm)
- Open to Working on weekends (6 days working with work offs only on weekdays)
- Proven sales experience
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency
- Previous educational industry experience is an added advantage
