Associate - Field Sales - Credit Card (2-4 yrs)

Job Summary: As a Sales Associate for our credit card division, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of credit card products to potential customers. Your primary objective is to meet or exceed sales targets by understanding customer needs, presenting the features and benefits of our credit card products, and assisting customers through the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Generation:

- Proactively approach potential credit card customers in designated areas (e.g. Apartment Complexes, Universities, Clubs & Associations etc.) to promote and sell credit cards.

- Present and explain the features, benefits, and terms of our credit card products to customers, tailoring the pitch to their needs.

- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

- Interact with decision makers at various establishments, Institutions etc. to convince them to provide a platform to reach out to their constituents, members, employees etc.

2. Customer Service :

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer enquiries, resolving concerns, and assisting with credit card applications.

- Follow up with customers post-application to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or issues.

3. Product Knowledge :

- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's credit card products, including rewards programs, fees, interest rates, and special promotions.

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

4. Team Collaboration:

- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product changes, sales techniques, and company initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- Around 2 years of experience

- Self-starter with a passion for sales

- Graduate, preferably with an MBA

- Experience in financial services sales and ideally credit card sales.

- Should be willing to travel & stay at outstation locations, including out of state locations for a longer period. The position will, however, be headquartered out of Bengaluru

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
